“I was initially concerned this would be too touristy and inauthentic, but we wound up having a really good time. The ride was about an hour from our hotel. Our driver Haneef was friendly and an expert dune basher. From camel riding to smoking from a hookah, it was a very well-oiled machine and I thought it was good value for the money.”

“I've done desert safaris in this area before and this was definitely the worst experience I've had. I requested the front seat to which I was told they "can't guarantee but will try". When the car picked us up, the front seat was taken and nothing was mentioned however, it seems like the guy in the front seat was either a friend of the driver or he worked for the company and was training him. We then went to a gas station where we had to wait for nearly 30 minutes to 'wait for the other cars' but there only seemed to be one that we were following. The dune…”
