The pick up at the hotel was a godsend so happy to pay the additional as our hotel was Elephants Passage which was incredibly high up. It was so interesting to visit the plantations and the waterfalls and tigers cave was worth it. You do have to pay to enter the falls and cave but it is worth it and should be expected on a tour.
