“The full day tour was fantastic. We really did get up into the hills, twisting in and out of the dirt tracks between villages in the open topped jeep. Lunch was tasty and the small villages we visited were authentic and unspoiled by the mass tourism of Albufeira. There certainly was a different pace of life in the hills. Our guide was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the local area and it's culture. (Although he needs to be a bit more diplomatic and sensitive, especially with sensitive topics of discussion).
